Examples include a screenshot from the Myzone app, a picture of your tile on the in-facility software, or workout data from a 3rd party platform such as Apple or Garmin from that day). 

If you encounter a belt troubleshooting issue resulting in data loss, our agents will prioritize resolving the problem with your belt. Ensuring the technical issue is resolved is crucial before your next workout, and may just pull your workout through to you account. 

For participants in gym challenges, permission from your gym coach or staff will be required before any missing data can be added to your profile.
