How do I edit, remove or add a device ID to my Myzone account?
Easily edit and remove device ID's from the Myzone app!
Removing a Device
1. Tap the
icon on the top banner, or select Menu > Devices.
2. Click the 3 dot menu against the device you wish to remove .

3. Select Remove Device

Your device will be removed from your list of My devices.
Adding a New Device
Make sure you have Bluetooth enabled for the Myzone App.
1. From the devices pages, click + Connect new device

2. Select the device model you wish to connect.

3. For Myzone One, MZ-3 and Myzone Max, simple place the device around your chest, The device will automatically activate when it detects your Heart Rate, so you will need to wear it for a few seconds. As soon as you hear a beep, your device is activated.
For the Myzone Switch, you will nee to turn the device on by clicking the M symbol, if wearing as either a watch strap or arm strap. If wearing on the chest, the device will automatically connect when it detects your Heart Rate.

4. Select Continue. Your phone will now automatically search for your Myzone device via Bluetooth and make the connection. You will need to confirm that the correct device has been successfully paired.

Adding a device manually
If for any reason, your device does not automatically connect after detecting your heart rate, you may need to manually pair the device.
1. If connecting via Bluetooth fails, click Pair manually.

2. On the back of your Myzone device, find the serial number and enter it into the field as prompted.
3. Click Continue to finish the manual pairing process.
Good to know;
- Status: because your workout history and status are stored safely on your online profile, this means that you won't lose any of your previous workout history or status if you switch to a new or different device
- Multiple devices: you can only have one Myzone device registered to your account but you can change your ID as frequently as needed. You will need to remove a device before you are able to pair a new one.
- Already registered: if you purchased second-hand and your device is registered to the original owner, please contact them to remove the device from their profile or contact Support with a photo of the back of your module to confirm the ID.
