Why isn't my workout showing in Garmin Connect if I used the live tile screen?

When you broadcast your heart rate to a Myzone screen, your workout syncs straight into the Myzone app, the same way it would with a Myzone belt. Garmin Connect isn't part of that process, so unless you also start and save an activity on your watch at the same time, it won't appear there.
