Why does my Myzone App say my watch is not connected? 

For your watch to display on your app, they need to be within range of each other and the Myzone app needs to be open on the watch. 

To see your Myzone tile in the app while using your Apple or Android device as your heart rate monitor, the watch app must also be open and within range of the your phone app.
