Post Workout Screens

Outlining the steps to post and save a workout.

Once your workout has processed, the following Save Workout screen will appear;

 

The following fields are available for you to enter more information about your workout. Please note that ALL fields are OPTIONAL:

Workout Name: A free text field to enter in the name of your Workout e.g. Running, Cardio & Weights, Football.

Select an Activity Type:  A drop-down field of activity types listed alphabetically. As you start to save more workouts, the list will automatically update to show your most recent activity types at the top. Choosing your activity type helps us to provide a more tailored experience.

Location of Device: Where were you wearing your Myzone device - Chest, Wrist, Arm or Other. The location will be pre-selected based on your previous workout but can be changed by simply clicking any of the other options. Providing the location of your device helps with the accuracy of your data. 

Add a photo: Always optional but we encourage you to add a photo of each of your workouts! 

When you have entered the details you want, click the Save button. 

If you want to edit an workout after you've saved it, click anywhere on the workout then select the Pencil icon. 

The same post workout screen will appear, where you can add/remove information or edit what was previously selected. 

Make sure you click the Save button again to confirm any changes you made.
