How to Transfer Your Account to a New Facility (Clone)

Are you switching to another Myzone affiliated gym and want to update the Facility that your Myzone account is linked to? Follow these simple steps

To transfer your account to a new facility, follow these steps:

  1. Obtain the New Facility Code: Contact your new gym, club, or facility to get the facility code. This code is necessary for the transfer process.

  2. Submit a Request for Transfer: You can initiate the transfer by sending a request to customer support or by emailing support@myzone.org  Include the following information in your request:

    • Your current account details (name and email address)
    • The facility code of your the gym, club or facility you are switching to.
    • Wait for Confirmation: After your request is submitted, customer support will process the transfer. You should receive a confirmation email update on your support ticket once your facility code has been updated in the system. 
  3. Log Out and Log Back In: Once you receive confirmation that your facility code has been updated, log out of the app and then log back in to ensure the changes take effect.
