How do I Freeze or Pause my Myzone Status

If you’re unable to exercise, such as due to an injury or medical condition, you can request a temporary freeze on your Myzone status.

Complete the Myzone Status Freeze Request Form:

 

Your request will be reviewed and confirmed by the Myzone team.

What happens during a freeze?

  • Your status is paused

  • You status will not decrease during the freeze period.

  • Your status will not increase during the freeze period. 

What happens after the freeze?

When your freeze ends, you’ll continue your journey and earn MEPs as normal. Any MEPs that you may have accumulated during your freeze will be added to your account but will not count towards any status progression.
