How do I manage my status if I am unable to work out?
If you’re unable to exercise, such as due to an injury or medical condition, you can request a temporary freeze on your Myzone status.

Complete the Myzone Status Freeze Request Form:
Your request will be reviewed and confirmed by the Myzone team.
What happens during a freeze?

Your status is paused

It will not decrease during the freeze period

If you achieve 1300 MEPs, you can still progress your status as normal
What happens after the freeze?
When your freeze ends, you’ll continue your journey and earn MEPs as normal.
