What is Myzone's Refund Policy?
Refunds can only be processed by Myzone if the product was purchased from buy.myzone.org. Unused, unopened products must be postmarked within 30 days of delivery. Used items must be returned and postmarked for return within 7 days of delivery.
If you have recently purchased a Myzone belt, MZ-20 scale or MZ-60 watch from us and are not happy with it, please follow the below instructions to begin your refund process:
1) Full refunds can only be processed if the item was purchased through www.buy.myzone.org. If you purchased your belt from a club, please return it to the club where you purchased it for a refund contingent on the club's refund policy.
Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
