MZ-Open

Access Myzone through your Apple or Android smartwatch.

Getting set up on MZ-Open

Sync

  1. Open up your Myzone app
  2. Navigate to Devices in the menu bar 
  3. Select Add new device
  4. Select the smartwatch option
  5. Open the Myzone app on your smartwatch (with the app open on your phone). 
  6. Your watch and phone should automatically sync

Start a workout

  1. Open the Myzone app on your smartwatch 
  2. Select Watch
  3. Select your chosen activity e.g. hiking 
  4. You should now see a countdown of 3,2,1

Stop a workout

  1. On your watch face, swipe right for Apple or Swipe left for Android
  2. Confirm you would like to end your workout 
  3. Open your Myzone app on your phone to view your workout data
