Why doesn't my nickname show on my Myzone tile?

If you recently exercised at a facility with Myzone and saw NOACC on your tile, there is a typo in your belt ID. If you saw your belt ID instead, that means your facility's Myzone system was offline. It will show when they restore connection.

Typos happen. If the device ID# has been typed incorrectly into your Myzone profile, even if it is off by 1 number, it will not register properly.

Open your Myzone app and tap the device icon in the top right corner. Tap 

To edit or input a new device ID#, tap on Add Myzone Device. Be sure to save your changes!

If you see your Belt ID# instead of your Nickname, that means the Myzone system is OFFLINE and unable to pull your account information on to screen and upload the workout to your account.

How Do I Fix This?

You can tell if the Myzone system is offline by locating the white cloud with red "x" in the upper left corner of the Myzone software. Let a staff member know so they can reconnect to the internet
