Why doesn't my challenge MEP total match the monthly total?

If you've noticed that your challenge MEPs don't match your monthly total, it is likely the challenge only includes points from specific Myzone zones.

To see which zones are included in your challenge, follow these steps in your Myzone app:

  1. Tap the Menu Icon on the navigation bar.
  2. Select "Challenges."
  3. Look for the solid-colored zones, as they indicate the zones included in the challenge.
  4. Any empty circles represent zones that are not included in the challenge.

For example, if the gray zone is not included in the challenge (as shown in the Myzone Staff March Challenge example), your monthly MEP total for March could be higher than the challenge total
