Myzone Warranty Policy

There is a 12-month warranty on all electronic components, including belt modules, and a 3 month warranty on clothing, which includes the strap.

Faulty Device?

  • If you are having trouble with your device, please first visit our Troubleshooting Guides
  • If the issue persists, please contact a Myzone Support agent--the fastest way to get you back to MEPing is to get your device working immediately rather than wait on shipping a new one.  They will also be able to determine whether or not your device is still under warranty.
  • If your device is faulty and covered by warranty, they will authorize replacement. 
  • If you are a member of a Myzone-enabled gym, you may be able to exchange your product at the gym. 

Note: if you bought the product from a third-party (eBay or Amazon), the below warranty periods do not apply. Please contact the seller directly for replacement options.
