To ensure a proper connection between your phone and Myzone device, Bluetooth needs to be turned on and Bluetooth permissions need to be enabled for the Myzone app.

Turn on Bluetooth:
- Open your phone's general settings.
- Look for "Bluetooth" and make sure it is turned on.
- Check App Permissions:
- When you open your phone's general settings, scroll to down to the list of your apps.
- Locate Myzone and open it.
- Bluetooth needs to be toggled on.
- Important note: do not pair your Myzone Device to your phone
- Your device will show on your My Devices list when it is activated during use, but should not be otherwise paired with your phone.
