Wrist
Slide your hand through the loop and pull the strap to tighten against your skin. The module should be positioned two fingers above your wrist bone. Ensure the band is comfortably snug.
The button will turn on the device, and it will flash according to its level of charge. To turn off the device, press and hold the button until you hear 3 beeps indicating it has disconnected.
Arm
Slide your hand through the loop and position just above or beneath the elbow with the module facing out. The button will turn on the device, and it will flash according to its level of charge. To turn off the device, press and hold the button until you hear 3 beeps indicating it has disconnected.
Chest
From the wrist or arm strap, simply release the module out of the wrist cradle by pushing down until the module pops out. Place the chest strap around your body and position the module over your sternum.
Ensure the sensors on the back of the strap have direct skin contact and wet the sensors for better conductivity. The belt activates once it detects your heart; do not press the power button in this location. It will simply turn on once it locates your heart rate.
Note: There will be no LED lights on the module when worn on the chest.
To turn off the device, remove the chest strap and you will hear 3 beeps to signify the mode is no longer reading a heart rate. You do not need to manually turn the device off.
