How do I know which Switch Strap I should use?

Use your wrist strap for swimming. You may use the wrist or arm strap for repetitive, non-gripping activities. Chest is best for everything else!

Below is a table of recommended activities and exercises and their suggested location to wear your MZ-Switch for optimal data recording. When you are unsure, it is best practice to wear your MZ-Switch on your chest for your activity. 

 

Wear on your wrist, arm, or chest:


Wrist: Use for non-gripping activity and repeatable movements, including swimming.

Arm: Use for improved accuracy during non-gripping activity and repeatable movements,
except swimming.

Chest: Use for the most accurate readings during all types of exercises, such as HIIT or all
high-intensity functional movements, except swimming.
