You can submit a request to delete your Myzone account from the app's Help Page by selecting Delete Account.

1. Tap the Menu icon on your navigation bar.
2. Tap Help
3. Select Delete Account and confirm
This submits a request to our customer support team who will confirm your identify and complete the account deletion, this may take up to 5 working days. Once deleted your account cannot be recovered.
Myzone maintain access to historical heart rate data and any purchase history in accordance with our privacy policy which can be accessed here.
