      How do I connect Myzone to my Samsung Watch?

      Launch the app on your Samsung Watch. Log in, scroll to 'Workout' and tap there to connect your Myzone device. Your workout tile will appear once your device connects.

      Paring Myzone to Samsung Watch

      1: Launch the Myzone app, make sure you are connected to the internet, and log in using your email and password. Scroll through the menu using the dial or swiping the screen.

      2: Tap ‘Workout.' The app will scan for your Myzone device.

      3: Your workout tile will appear once your device connects.

      4: When you finish your workout, return to the menu screen, scroll down, and select 'Upload.'

      5: The ‘Upload’ page tells you how many heart rate samples are stored on the device. The ‘Upload’ button will only become active if there are 1 or more samples saved on the watch. You will know the upload is complete when it resets the sample number to 0.

      6: If you change your belt ID or other profile information you can reset your watch by logging out and back in again or:

      a) Return to the app menu, scroll down, and tap ‘Settings’.
      b) Select ‘Reload Profile’ (you must be online)

      Compatible Devices & Requirements

      Since August 5 2022, Samsung have stopped offering Galaxy Store support on the Galaxy Gear. 

      Your watch must already be running Tizen firmware version 4.0.0.2 or above. If you are running earlier firmware versions, you may not see the app listed. This applies to these models:

      • Galaxy Watch 2
      • Galaxy Watch 3

      With the release of Samsung Galaxy Watch 4, Samsung are now using WearOS rather than Tizen. 

      Download the Myzone App from the app store based on your watch model

      • Galaxy Watch4 series: Open the Galaxy Wearable app on the connected phone. Swipe to the Store and tap to open the Galaxy Wearable version of the Play Store.

      • Galaxy Watch3 and Galaxy Watch Active2: Open the Galaxy Wearable app on the connected phone. Swipe to the Galaxy Store and tap to open the Galaxy Wearable version of the Galaxy Store.

      • Previous watch models: Open the Galaxy Wearable app; tap the Discover tab, and then tap Find more in the Galaxy Store. Tap the Watch tab to browse for apps.


      If you have an iOS phone, you can also use the Samsung Galaxy Watch app.
