Introducing Copper: Your first step with Myzone 

Every fitness journey starts with a single step. Or in this case, a single MEP. Copper is the new entry-level Myzone status, awarded the moment you earn your first MEPs from your very first Myzone workout. To achieve copper, you must record a workout of at least 10 minutes. 

 

It’s a celebration of getting started, because taking that first step is often the hardest. But from here, all effort counts, and every move brings you closer to unlocking your next status. 

After earning Copper, you can progress through the Myzone status levels by maintaining consistency each month. Earn 1300 MEPs in a month, and you’ll reach Iron – the first big milestone in your Myzone journey. From there, it’s all about keeping the momentum going.

You can easily track your status in the Myzone app. Look for it at the top right corner of your Home feed and in your Me tab.
