How to fix Myzone login and common account issues

If you're experiencing issues trouble logging into your Myzone account, a blank "Me" tab or missing workouts, try these steps to troubleshoot:

Check Your Password:

Ensure that the password you have entered is correct. If you're unsure, you can reset your password here.

Check your account with our support team

Your account may have been temporarily deactivated if you recently changed gyms. Don't worry, your workout history and status are safe. To reactivate your account, please contact Support instead of creating a new account.
Reactivation Process: Once Support reactivates your account, any workouts uploaded while your account was inactive should appear within 24 hours. Signing out of the app via settings and then signing back in may help restore full access.

Locked Account

Please note that for security reasons, if there are 10 unsuccessful login attempts, your account will be temporarily locked for 5 minutes and a message displayed on screen.
