If a medical professional has advised you to avoid all types of activity, you can request a medical freeze for your Myzone status until you're ready to exercise again.
Step 1: Reach Out to Our Support Team
To request a status freeze, simply get in touch with our dedicated Myzone support team. They are here to help and will guide you through the process. Together, we'll determine the appropriate duration for your account freeze based on your specific circumstances.
Step 2: Pause and Recharge
During the freeze period, you can take the time you need to focus on your health and recovery. Rest assured that your rank will remain stable; it won't increase or decrease during this time. We want you to have peace of mind knowing that your Myzone journey is on hold until you're ready to resume.
Step 3: Embrace Alternative Movement
While your body rests, it doesn't mean you have to be completely sedentary. There are plenty of other ways to keep moving and maintain your overall well-being. Consider trying different forms of exercise, such as biking or walking, as alternatives to your usual routine. Remember, every movement counts! Even daily activities that you didn't consider as exercise before can contribute to your Myzone effort. Wear your belt during these activities and earn MEPs in surprising ways.
Once the specified freeze period ends, you will need to resume earning MEPs to maintain your status.
